Refund policy

Return requests must be made within 14 days from date of purchase.  RMAs (Return Merchandise Authorizations) are required for all returns.  Hydraulic parts are not eligible for return or refund.  Any parts that are used and/or installed are not eligible for refund.  Refunds are conditional on inspection of returned parts.
